1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MoonPad ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

MoonPad is a non-custodial interface that facilitates the creation and deployment of SPL tokens on Solana via pump.fun's bonding curve. We provide tooling for metadata upload, vanity address generation, and transaction construction.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for tokens you create and deploy
  • You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • You acknowledge that token deployment is irreversible
  • You understand that MoonPad does not control pump.fun or Solana
  • You are responsible for securing your own wallet and private keys
  • You will not use the Platform for illegal activities, fraud, or scams

4. Non-Custodial Nature

MoonPad never holds, controls, or has access to your private keys, funds, or tokens. All transactions are signed locally in your wallet. We are an interface, not a custodian.

5. No Financial Advice

MoonPad does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Token creation and trading involve substantial risk. You may lose your entire investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. No Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or the success of any token launch. Network congestion, RPC failures, or third-party service outages may prevent or delay transactions.

7. Limitation of Liability

MoonPad, its creators, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses, failed transactions, or token value changes.

8. Third-Party Services

MoonPad integrates with third-party services (Pinata, PumpPortal, pump.fun, Phantom). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or terms. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use MoonPad to:

  • Create tokens that impersonate existing projects or individuals
  • Conduct rug pulls, pump-and-dump schemes, or other fraudulent activities
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Evade sanctions or engage in money laundering

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
